• All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking through the secretariat of APSSAM2011, and any changes in booking must be informed in writing to the secretariat, NOT directly to the hotel.
• Hotel reservation should be made until 31 July 2011. Room booking and changes made after 31 July 2011 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.
• Government Tax (10%) and Service Charge (10%) will be added to the above room rates except Hauendae Centum Hotel (Only government tax will be applied.)
• Breakfast is not included in the above room rate.
• The room rate of Paradise Hotel’s room rate is different between weekdays(Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu ) and weekends(Fri, Sat).
• All hotel charges should be settled when checking out onsite.
• Standard check-in time of 2.00pm and check-out time of 12.00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early check in and late check out must be made in writing to the secretariat in advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability. |
